ZipGenius can cooperate with mobile devices based on Windows CE«/PocketPC« operating system, through Microsoft ActiveSync«, the synchronization tool shipped with PocketPC devices. ActiveSync (AS) can synchronize files between a desktop and a Pocket PC through a special folder: when you write or modify a file into that, AS will synchronize it in PocketPC "My Documents" folder; ZipGenius takes advantage from this action and can read, extract or modify archive files in your PocketPC (in real time, if PocketPC is connected).

You can extract files from an archive to your PocketPC: click "Options" and go to "Mobile device" section, then enable the "Show PocketPC in destination folders list"; when you do this you will see a new entry in the suggested folders list in the extraction dialog: "PocketPC". Select it if you want to extract files to "My Documents" folder clone on your desktop PC; files will be transferred to PocketPC upon connection.
